With over 50 years of experience, Philip has been involved in a variety of real estate transactions with an emphasis on work for builders, developers and commercial lenders. He has also had a great deal of exposure to commercial transactions, including joint ventures, apartment building acquisitions, land assemblies, acquisitions of existing shopping centers, industrial space or vacant land for development.
Philip has been involved in a number of condominium projects acting for both developers and lenders. He has played an active role in the development of various legislative initiatives in the real estate sector. Philip’s lending experience has been with banks, commercial developers and institutionalized lenders in the area of construction and take-out financing.
Philip was a founding partner of Fogler Rubinoff LLP, a full-service law firm based in Toronto.
