He provides tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including private equity firms, private businesses and publicly listed companies, ensuring their specific needs are effectively addressed.

 

Prior to joining Meretsky Law Firm, Adrian practiced at a Global-200 law firm (ranked by revenue) in its Hong Kong office. His practice focused primarily on IPO and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance with Hong Kong listing rules, and general corporate and commercial matters.

 

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, Adrian has also been a qualified Hong Kong lawyer since 2018.
