Allan advises clients across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and securities matters. He has acted on various merger and acquisition deals, reorganizations, commercial agreements, and securities regulatory matters. Allan completed his articles at Pallett Valo LLP, a full-service law firm in Mississauga. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and his B.Sc. from McMaster University, graduating summa cum laude from the Honours Psychology, Neuroscience & Behaviour - Mental Health Specialization program.
