Jason is a corporate securities lawyer who specializes in business acquisitions and divestitures, general corporate, shareholder matters, financings, and securities compliance and regulatory work.

 

With over 25 years of business and legal expertise, Jason understands business and financial issues and applies this skill set to handling complex legal matters. Jason was previously a business law partner at Goodman and Carr LLP, a full-service law firm based in Toronto, and prior thereto practiced law at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. Jason joined Meretsky Law Firm in 2009.

 

In addition, Jason has considerable executive management experience having spent many years in the technology industry managing acquisition programs for several public and private companies. Jason also serves from time to time on the Board of Directors and Audit Committees of various public and private companies.
