Cecilia maintains a general corporate and commercial practice, with a focus on advising emerging companies, investment funds, and public companies on a variety of transactions and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate reorganizations, and various contractual arrangements.

 

Prior to joining Meretsky Law Firm, Cecilia practised at a boutique corporate law firm in Toronto. She also practised at a top tier Chinese law firm in its Beijing office, where she focused on cross-border investments in infrastructure, natural resources and the technology industries.

 

Fluent in Mandarin, Cecilia also holds the PRC Legal Qualification.
